Vendor Event Information

Join us for a fantastic opportunity to sell your rummage or craft items!

• Registration Fee: Covers up to three (3) spaces at the event.

• Check-In: April 26th, between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Vendors not checked in or in line by 9 am will not be allowed to participate in the event. No vendors will be allowed to set up before 7 am.

• Vendor Spot Assignments: Spots will be assigned at check in and will be given out as a first come first serve basis. Spots cannot be reserved or saved before the event. To endure that you get the spot you want, arrive early.

• Setup: All vehicles must be unloaded and parked by 9:30 AM. Spots must be set up and ready by 10:00 AM when the event opens to the public.

• Kid’s Craft Booths: Provided with one (1) 6-foot table and the option to rent additional tables for $10 each. Limited to rent 2 additional tables; however, vendors are welcome to bring their own tables or displays for no additional costs.

• No Leaving and Returning: Once vendor is set-up they will be requited to stay for the entire event. Vehicles will not be permitted to enter the vendor area until after the event is over at 3 pm.

• Vendor Parking: Located in the gravel parking area at Pioneer Elementary.

• Public Parking: Located at Mt. Creek.

• Clean-up: Vendors will have from 3 - 5 pm to clean up their spaces.

• End of Event: Vendors are required to take any unsold items with them and properly dispose any garbage aquired.
