Vendor Event Information
Join us for a fantastic opportunity to sell your rummage or craft items!
Registration Fee: Covers up to three (3) spaces at the event.
Check-In: April 26th, between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Vendors not checked in or in line by 9 am will not be allowed to participate in the event. No vendors will be allowed to set up before 7 am.
Vendor Spot Assignments: Spots will be assigned at check in and will be given out as a first come first serve basis. Spots cannot be reserved or saved before the event. To endure that you get the spot you want, arrive early.
Setup: All vehicles must be unloaded and parked by 9:30 AM. Spots must be set up and ready by 10:00 AM when the event opens to the public.

Parent Rummage Space
Event Information: Registration Fee: Includes up to 3 spaces. Check-In: April 26th, 7:00-9:00 AM. Spaces assigned at check-in. Setup: Unload and park by 9:30 AM. Be ready by 10:00 AM. Event Duration: No leaving during the event. Clean-Up: 3:00-5:00 PM.

PUSD Kid's Craft Fair Space
For all of those kiddos that have an amazing craft that they would like to sell, this is your opportunity to share your talents with our community. Each located within the Pioneer quad and will be provided with up to three (3) 6-foot table and are welcome to bring additional displays or tables, if needed. Set up is from 7 am - 9:30 am and all booths must be ready before 10 am when the event opens to the public. Each child and craft fair booth must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

Community Rummage Spaces

Non-PUSD Kid's Craft Fair
For all those kiddos that do not attend the Pioneer Union School District but have an amazing craft that they would like to sell, this is your opportunity to share your talents with our community. Each located within the Pioneer quad and will be provided with one (1) free 6-foot table but are welcome to bring additional displays or tables, if needed. Each child and craft fair booth must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

10x10 Pop-up Tent Rental
